Enactus UUM Members Training

Posted on

On 24th October 2017, we had our first Enactus UUM Members Training for the term 2017/2018 at Kachi Hall, UUM. The event began at 9:00 am and continued until 5:00 pm. During this time, we managed to do a number of exciting and fun-filled activities to strengthen the bond among members and get to know each other better, especially for the newly joined members of Enactus UUM. The event started with aerobic session conducted by members from Human Capital Department. All members were energetic as the hall was filled with laughter as they danced and sang along. Once the aerobic session ended, the members had breakfast together before proceeding with the second slot.
For the second slot, the event started with brainstorming session whereby members were asked to come up with practical and innovative solutions for a number of problems and present their ideas on stage. This task was intended to give them experience in presenting their ideas and to encourage them to think critically and creatively about their projects. By doing this, members were able to understand more about their projects. This activity also gave opportunities for members to explore their projects in-depth and come up with new ideas on how to improve their projects from different angles. All in all, our members had better understanding on their projects and have improved their self-confidence while feeling welcomed and valued in our Enactus UUM family.
